We want you to be happy with your purchase from PicknBuy.xyz. If you’re not satisfied, you have 3 (Three) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • The refund will be processed within 7 (Seven) working days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Inside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 5 to 7 working days

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
