Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 5 to 7 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Any customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.

Return & Refund Policy (Shipping Terms)

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • If you receive a damaged item, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution.
